District Police Office Jhapa has said that the flood victims of Jhapa village-2 have been ki!lled due to flooding caused by floods in the Kanchi river. According to the police, the floods in the river were due to the dea@th of the daughter-in-law of her parents, while her parents were missing.

The family of four of them, including Kripiprasad Dynasty, of Jhapa, has been kidnapped by the Kanki river. Police said that the search for the missing persons is being carried out by the river.

Meanwhile, the 28-year-old Vijay Pandey of Dharampur, Shivasakshi-1, died due to the flooding of Jhiljeeli.

Police spokesperson of Jhapa, Hyprassas Sharma, said that strong police, Nepal Police, Nepali Army and the people are searching for the missing.
