The emergency meeting of the Security Council, which was followed by North Korea testing a nuclear nuclear b@mb, has failed to reduce the distance between America and China.

But all members of the Security Council have condemned North Korea's latest nuclear tests.

At the meeting, US Ambassador Nikki Heli said further steps should be taken against North Korea.

China has a partner with Pyongyang, and has called upon all parties to return to the talks.

Unity

The Security Council stood unanimous to condemn the North Korean m!ssile test.

But when the discussion was about to take action, the unity was over.

US Ambassador Nikki Heli took Pyongyang to take diplomatic action as possible, saying that he was reluctant for the w@r.

He said, "Being a nation of nuclear power is not using the deadly weapons to scare others; nuclear power will recognize its interests, Kim Zhong, who is not able to understand such responsibility, he is trying to fight for w@r."

He briefed the US preparations for the new ban on North Korea to provide the next week.

Partition

America's perception was supported by Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom.

But China's support backed by Russia has said that he should never return to the Korean Peninsula to end the crisis.

This week, the New York diplomats will discuss how the Security Council can be unanimous in the North Korea issue.

But the initial sign seems to be far beyond understanding.
